Summary:
Overland Corporation is searching for a full-time Operations Associate to join the asphalt production side of the business by assisting with the daily operations.
Responsibilities:
Duties include accounts receivable for the asphalt plants and customers, inventory tracking for all plants, setting up new clients and lease drivers in the software system, and functioning as an integral part of the operations team for Overland. A major component of this position is the reconciliation of the fleet’s daily trucking logs to the asphalt plant reports to ensure the driver’s logs reflect the plant production.
Requirements:
The ideal individual will have excellent customer service skills, the ability to multi-task and remain organized, be proficient with all Microsoft Office components including Excel, and can communicate effectively via phone and in person.
